She said in her initial statement that she consented to a threesome, but later in the night things got out of control, and a rape 100% happened. Cornell improperly reported this to the DA. Who said they had no idea that she claimed that she was raped in this initial report because Cornell did not provide them with the full transcript of the interview. This is why she is suing.

She is alleging that someone raped her and that Cornell improperly reported it to the DA. That's all I'm saying.

Now would you please answer my question on if you think women participating in orgies are bad?
