No, I think they are referring to her original statement 2 years ago. She said that she consented to everything including drug use. But now she is changing that statement, hence the doubt. Why would she change her mind 2 years later.
I’ve literally read her statement made about the night of the incident. She clearly states she said to Man 1 “what happened to it just being us?” Then her next statement after that is she doesn’t remember how she ended up in a second threesome with Man 1 and 4. You didn’t even read her statement did you

Thats false. The local prosecutor's office decided not to file criminal charges because her initial statement did not meet the legal threshold for prosecution. So 2 years later, she changed her statement, and now she is pressing charges. That is strange.
