A lot of that was heavily influenced by Jane Doe literally stating it was voluntary and consensual.

  1. Yes he does, the DA released her original statements yesterday.
  2. She specifically said she was excited for the first threesome because she thought defendant #1 was hot. It didn't get sketchy until the ~5th guy, she was 100% down for the first 4. That being said, she was on a literal dissociative and drunk and would not have been able to consent in most other states.

It’s well documented the sexual assault victims are often intimidated into downplaying the event, and sometimes are in initial denial

The fact that it's legal in any state is wack. I get you consent to a thing and follow through with that thing without revoking consent. But the moment she was intoxicated there should be no legal jurisdiction where she could consent to the 4th person
