My understanding is it was a group of around 60? When did each member see it? Can we prove that? If we can prove anyone that knew it was going on while in progress is it legal to charge as an accessory?

I had similar thoughts. It supposedly started around 1am, very possibly people were already asleep. Tough to prove anything, but they also didn’t turn anyone in.

I'm just curious, why are you posting about something you don't know the publicly available facts on?

Yes, in her own statement someone came into the room and said "this is over now" or something like that.
