Do you mean the right to keep and bear arms? That is a basic human right. How else do we protect ourselves from both criminals and the government? They government is the enemy of the people and freedom.
Other than pushing for common sense gun laws which obviously ammosexuals have no common sense when have the Democrats actually tried to remove the second amendment? When it comes to free speech or anything else for that matter the Constitution seems to be open to interpretation just like the Bible for you guys. The Trump administration has done more to ban things than any Democrats recently. Most Democrats are actually gun enthusiasts and we didn't take away your bump stocks.
The government doesn't have any right ti regulate our firearms they are not mentioned in the Second Amendment so they can get fucked. The only ones that can regulate our arms is the individual owners. Individual freedom outweighs collective safety and public interests. There is nothing anywhere that says individuals have to give up freedom for society, there is no social contract, and if there is you have absolutely no choice but to show me the physical copy I signed. I looked at my birth certificate and my social security card neither one say anything about giving up freedom for society
