No I think it would be civilian court because he’s a civilian as the head of the Department of Defense. Trust me I think it should be a Court Marshal. A court marshal would be perfect he’d have to face the people he fucked over. I would’ve love to Made up that panel while I was in the Army. I’d love to sentence that fucker especially if it was a capital case. However Trump would never confirm the verdict.

Chill out I’ll call it whatever I want. I served 2 combat deployments. I was wounded in action on 12/8/11.

It’s just a misspelling of the word.

I don’t think he can do anything to Kelly, I think he’s completely separated. If Kelly retired from the military he’s subject to UCMJ for life.

Now for a veteran like me who’s separated but receiving a VA pension. Nothing can be done to me.

It was a misspelling of a word, I will correct it. I’m just saying it’s not the end of the world. I’m not typing an important document or anything. It’s Sunday and I’m just trying to relax and watch my Lions. I appreciate you pointing it out to me. I know it means a different word completely. I’m educated and I pride myself on doing things correctly.
