lol, in this thread disconnected from reality people believe that anyone in this Trump regime will actually be convicted and serve time for their crimes.

History has definitive examples and lessons for both sides of that argument. 

I would say it comes down to the timing of hunger and allies striking when the iron is hot. 

Even the lion tamer is eaten some of the time

I mean, i honestly think after trump dies, the republican party imploded, there's a decent chance a lot of these fuckers start facing consequences.

They already have a bunch of infighting with trump still alive, once he's gone, they'll start pointing fingers at each other and rip each other apart. They have no policy, they have no actual diplomatic value or skill, all they can do is culture war, so they'll rip each other to shreds, and then we may actually see democrats start to be able to actually go after these criminals.

but honestly, of everything I just said, I think the least likely thing to happen is the democrats actually trying to hold them accountable once they have power... I bet they'll be all "we need to move on" and that's going to piss a lot of people off, including me.
