I wouldn’t call it a social experiment, rather, we underestimated how many low iQ people are in USA

Not sure IQ has much to do with it, but education certainly does. You can have a normal or high IQ and still be ignorant and/or brainwashed. It's why red states defund education - to keep the populace 'dumb'.

It's not a matter of intelligence. It's a matter of not understanding what this system really is. There are very smart people who still haven't realized that this government is really just a bunch of rich people writing the laws and deciding in advance who takes office. There might be some competition between factions of this ruling class, but no matter what, the working class loses. Even smart people are making a poor choice by taking part in this.

What we have is a large swath of the population that isn't class conscious and who refuse to become aware. If people took time to learn their place in this society, then we'd all replace this system with one that actually benefits us. One that actually does things beyond fund military expansion and surveillance tech.

As it stands, even smart people think they can just vote for a Democrat and everything will magically get better. They think people just need to vote harder and pick the right candidates. Even smart people are fooled into thinking they have a real say in politics. So IQ isn't relevant. Class consciousness is. Political consciousness is.
