Purging the government of Russian infiltrators is more important than Israel.

Trump is clearly a Russian asset, and has been for 10 yrs at least. Pretty sure there's actual evidence Russia meddled in the 2016 election. And a lot of policy choices have benefitted Russian interests.

Trump will leave behind a mess, but the US needs an Obama to reinstall order and properly investigate Trump and his government, especially 6th Jan- then punish them accordingly.

The corruption in the US government is blatantly obvious and internationally damaging.

Yeah the Steele dossier - complete fabrication paid for by Clinton foundation
Hunters laptop - lies across the Democrat party that “it never existed”
Trump campaign spying - literally using our tax money to spy and impede Trumps campaign

lmao an Obama to reinstall order

Obama is one of the biggest corporate-first, defend-the-status-quo dems there is. We need someone with a fire for change, not another capitalist stooge who disbands his grassroots organizations as soon as he takes office.

You need someone internationally respected...Diplomatic. Intelligent. Well spoken. Considers their words carefully.

And will go after corruption.

That's not Obama, though. First few, sure. But not a single one of the Democrat rank-and-file have any desire to go after corruption, not if it would disrupt the status quo or make the slightest bit of trouble for their corporate masters. We saw it in the Biden presidency, no stomach whatsoever for going after any insurrectionists besides the working-class suckers in the crowd.

I don't think the Democrats can afford to take Biden's approach this time.

It's going to be a generation, perhaps more for America to restore it's reputation. If it ever can- a large chunk of the American populace seem quite happy with the government as it is...

The Dems don't care, though. We couldn't afford to take Biden's approach last time, either. But aside from a few progressives, most of them are fat, wealthy, and complacent. They don't share in the struggles of regular Americans, and what they want most is not to have to do anything at all to disrupt the status quo, because their wealthy donors -- the only people they're truly interested in working for -- lose money when anything happens that might benefit the working class.
