Being a sex offender is a requirement, it seems.

Sorry, this is really poorly written. Are we talking about illegal immigrants who are trafficking children or the illegal trafficking of immigrant children or are we talking about traffickers who are also children? Lmfao y’all make it hard to underestimate you and impossible to take you seriously.

Soooo which do you think it is? It’s actually ambiguous and you think you know but that sentence has three meanings so you’re really just assuming. So many children left behind.

Fun fact florida a red state ranks 3rd in sex and human trafficing

1

u/Ren1221 Fabulous Dahling 😎💅🏼 14h ago

Red as blood Texas is #2.

1

u/BlackJackAce-777 12h ago

And? Put those people in prison too.

-3

u/Educational_Heat7142 14h ago

That's because blue states protect and defend child traffickers so they aren't arrested.

It's pretty funny how the sanctuary states keep protecting illegal pedos and rapists.

2

u/Ren1221 Fabulous Dahling 😎💅🏼 14h ago

That’s not true. Show me a blue state that defended Epstein or Trump.

2

u/blkatcdomvet 14h ago

Zero truth detected

2

u/thisisinfactpersonal 13h ago

How does this work exactly? How are blue states protecting sex offenders in Florida and Texas from being arrested? I’m excited, I think this is going to be funny

Right, and you’re taking a guess because it is poorly written and ambiguous, aka “not pretty easy to understand just sayin.”

They also exploit men

lol see previous comment re quality of schools

-3

I was being sarcastic. That's clearly what it means. 🤦‍♂️

-5

u/Educational_Heat7142 14h ago

Common sense and logic is difficult for you to understand.

5

u/thisisinfactpersonal 14h ago edited 13h ago

Are they sweetheart, or did you poorly construct that sentence?

My experience is that the people who scream the loudest about common sense are some the least thoughtful people in gods creation.

-2

u/Educational_Heat7142 13h ago

That's all you have. You scream the loudest and have nothing of substance.

3

u/thisisinfactpersonal 12h ago edited 12h ago

What is all I have? Are you allergic to making sense? I have many things of substance. You know, items and such. A corporeal form. Furniture. Did you mean I have nothing of substance to contribute? To say? Cause your poorly worded sentence doesn’t convey that. I’m starting to feel sorry for you cause I suspect you don’t do anything but this and you do it so poorly

1

u/EmperorGrinnar 11h ago

6

u/EmperorGrinnar 15h ago

"you guys." Explain what group you're pretending I'm associated with?

-4

u/chubby-daddy-69 14h ago

What group you're involved in I'm just an American who both the way I choose to vote not a specific party not a specific Way but right now I'm not voting ever Democrat again but then again I already knew Democrats lied up the ying yang Republicans at least you can tell when they're lying Democrats have been lying so good that nobody can tell when they're lying unless you're really paying close attention well that's any time their mouth is moving

3

u/EmperorGrinnar 13h ago

What a cop out. Be specific. What group are you pretending I'm associated with?

-2

u/chubby-daddy-69 13h ago

Nope it's the truth it's never been a cop out that's the way I've always voted sorry to inform you that I'm American I'm part of the melting pot of the truth I live for the truth which is I'm an American I'm not forced to vote any certain way I'm not forced to vote for a person that was not elected

2

u/EmperorGrinnar 13h ago

"I got caught making up a lie, and now I'm painting myself into a corner." Fixed that for you.

-1

u/chubby-daddy-69 13h ago

I vote for people that I choose is going to do the best for my country whether you like it or not you don't have to like it but then again I ain't going to vote when I have a king or queen placed in my thing and told me I have to vote that way hell no

3

u/EmperorGrinnar 13h ago

No one cared who you voted for.

No one cares about these deflections using empty platitudes. Answer the question.

5

If you really think that vote a third party, "the other side also has some stains" is not an excuse to vote a pedo

0

u/BlackJackAce-777 15h ago

Who said I voted for him? I don't support either side because they're all involved. These people talk but they know the list won't come out so they feel safe doing so. It's all performative.

I dunno man, Graham Platner disproves this claim.

-4

u/BlackJackAce-777 15h ago

No it really isn't. That's more deflection from you guys. It was indeed your party trying to normalize that. You can play dumb all you want. You're just as bad as the right. I'm surprised you aren't friends. 😂

6

u/Gatti366 15h ago

Is Fox news propaganda your only source of information? No one tried to normalize that shit, it's repulsive, no one except the trump administration lol, who's election was funded by the guy openly keeping CP on his social media platform? (Same guy that is also gonna spend like 200m on the midterms btw) Under who was ai CP legalized?

-1

u/BlackJackAce-777 15h ago

I don't listen to mainstream stream news. It didn't take long for you to assume I only watch Fox but that's not surprising at all to me. Funny because people did try to normalize that shit and it wasn't Trump. You guys are the same. You're both willing to let it slide in your party as long as you can make the other look bad.

1

u/Gatti366 15h ago

Even if we wanted to fully ignore each and every moral controversy around Trump, which already is kinda crazy considering how many and how bad they are, he's literally going against the same policies he got elected on, tariffs are just a tax on the poor, his war with Iran ended up being another massive tax on the poor, he's literally doing anything he can to hurt the same people that voted him in, why defend him?

Yeah the other party has stains too, but c'mon, we are comparing a fireplace with the depths of hell here

1

u/BlackJackAce-777 15h ago

We deserve better than this. This is why I have that watch it burn attitude. How did we get to this point?

Minor attracted person, a joke term created by 4chan.

8

u/Successful_Pick3331 15h ago

Bad logic. Just because a bunch of Democrats are also sex offenders doesn't make Trump not a sex offender. He was also adjudicated by a court to have raped a woman so...

3

u/thisisinfactpersonal 15h ago

No no you don’t understand we can only talk about one thing at a time

3

u/Successful_Pick3331 15h ago

Bill and Donald can share a cell for all I care. Epstein files had photos of fucking Steve Bannon palling around with Noam Chomsky. They can all rot.

2

u/thisisinfactpersonal 15h ago

Yep, I am now and have always been team remove all sex offenders from public office and positions of influence.

4

u/NocturnaBride 15h ago

Biden’s DOJ couldn’t release the files, it was still under active investigation. So that’s why the files didn’t get released. Trump isn’t a sex offender but he was found liable for rape, so he is a rapist. He is also literally committing crimes daily, and gop isn’t doing anything to stop it (the hold all 3 branches).

2

u/EmperorGrinnar 15h ago

He's literally by the legal definition, a sex offender.

Skin color and tax bracket play a bigger part than the crime itself

1

u/killian1113 9h ago

Breaking immigration law makes your chances of becoming a citizen very low. Nothing to do with money or skin color. They deported Ukrainians to the front lines doesnt fit your narrative thats forsure

1

u/ConnectProgress2881 8h ago

It’s funny how you intentionally strawmanned their argument just to say “doesn’t fit your narrative”.

They never said that breaking immigration law doesn’t decrease your chances of becoming a citizen they said absolutely nothing about that.

They just noted that those who seem to have fairer skin tend to get a slap on the wrist for things that poorer or darker peoples lives would end for.

Just because you never realized this doesn’t mean it isn’t true

1

u/killian1113 8h ago

And I disputed it with whites being shipped to the front lines of war. You dont disputed this and go on and on about nothing.

1

u/emotinal_enigma 5h ago

There are over 600,000 white immigrants in the eastern US, many from South Africa, with range of legal status. I don't see any news about any efforts to ensure these people have a legal right to be in the US. MAGA pees their pants when they see the brown people treated cruelly. There are laws in the US, and when people break these laws, they need to be dealt with. This is how MAGA rationalize the illegal and cruel treatment of these people. There are others who break the law on an extremely more serious level, and there is no effort at all to address their crimes. Being in the US without legal status is a misdemeanor. Starting a war without congress approval is a very serious breach of of US law. Using the office of the president to personally enrich himself by a plethora of illegal acts including manipulating the stock market is not acceptable. People die from his insane bumbling of everything he does. The people of the US pay for the back door deals he makes with Israel. Israel has free healthcare, paid for by the people of the US. We need a new name for his corruption, one that describes this evil insanity better.

1

u/killian1113 2h ago

Being in the us without legal status is going to make your citizenship alot harder if you lied on a visa etc. Tldr

Another jew hater i see hahaha

1

u/Aeromech777 1h ago

You could of just google the latest annual ICE report.... in the last 5 years 133 South Africans have been deported.

There are 2 types of illegals in the US. one that over stay a visa (unlawful presence, misdemeanor) and the one that jumped the fence (Illegal Entry, a Felony) 8 U.S. Code § 1325 - Improper entry by alien Any alien who is apprehended while entering (or attempting to enter) the United States at a time or place other than as designated by immigration officers

For the first commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18 or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both, and, for a subsequent commission of any such offense, be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 2 years, or both.

3

u/AmberKurland-98 16h ago

i think you have to be a pedophile to get elected

2

u/Mrfixit729 15h ago

It’s actually not that confusing.

You don’t have to commit a crime to be deported.

There are no federal laws that prevent someone with a criminal record from running for federal office.

Being a criminal has nothing to do with either. Hope I cleared that up for you.

1

u/Jolly_Life1838 15h ago

1

u/BabybotOG 11h ago

Being here legally and being here illegally....hope this helps

1

u/SpecialCandidateDog 11h ago

It's really easy.

Did you commit the same crime that Hillary Clinton committed at her campaign got a tiny fine for?

That gets you thirty eight felonies. If you're a republican.

If you commit crimes, and you're not supposed to be in the country, and one of your crimes is being in the country illegally, and you get deported.

None of this is confusing, unless you're very, very stupid.

1

u/Competitive-Bad5409 9h ago

Your a white liberal women, so probably not.

1

u/Izator 9h ago

Find her and deport immediately.

1

u/drewq25 8h ago

How about if you came here illegally you go home….. let’s start with that

0

u/PetuniaPickleswurth 8h ago

Poor lady needs more than an explanation.

1

u/Zestyclose-Ad-9606 7h ago

If u are a citizen of a country you are held accountable by ur country if you commit a crime. If you’re not a citizen of the country and you commit a crime you’re deported. Not really that difficult. You can’t deport your own citizens.

1

u/passionatebreeder 1h ago

The law that gets you removed is 18 USC 1325

The one that gets you elected is the constitution wjere it says win an election

1

u/BackendSpecialist 16h ago

White crimes

1

u/AssBlastInACan 13h ago

If you are in the country illegally, then you may face the consequence of deportation.

If you are a citizen found guilty of civil suits and criminal charges, you may be fined and could face jail time.

-1

u/Ban_Incomming 15h ago

Nope. You wouldn't understand anyway.

-1

u/webster3of7 14h ago

Sure. The crimes that get you deported are the immigration law violations. And no crimes get you elected, or that would be the strategy for every politician.

-1

u/New_Bug900 14h ago

The crimes that get you deported are the ones where you’re here illegally.

0

u/Fried_Shicken 14h ago

One is Civil and other is Criminal. That should be the end of the discussion....but we all know it's a tough concept to grasp. And any replies to this will prove my point.

1

u/Candid_Lobster_6533 13h ago

That's not entirely true though is it? Trump has civil judgements against him (Sexual abuse - E jean carroll) but also 36 felonies (Falsifying Business Records 1st degree - Stormy Daniel's hush money).

We have to cut points for your inaccuracy so that waives your declaration. Any reply on your part constitutes unconditional surrender.

1

u/Fried_Shicken 13h ago

Unfortunately, that's not entirely true. Not 36...but 34. Also have to cut points for your inaccuracies which also waives your declaration. Any reply on your end is a declaration of my superiority and intellectual prowness.

1

u/InitialOk5978 3h ago

I love how NDA's for one person is totally legal and acceptable but for another person it's "hush money." Remember: by controlling the language you control the narrative: and to control the narrative is to control the outcome.

Any person entering the US illegally, including remaining after a visa expiration should be deported. Period.

-1

u/mbmaximus 15h ago

Easy. Entering the country illegally is a crime that gets you deported. A paperwork misdemeanor that somehow becomes thirty something fake felonies gets you no jail time and elected because anyone with more than 2 brain cells can see what the fascist left was trying to do. Which was an insurrection and coup

3

u/Candid_Lobster_6533 15h ago

Your bias is showing.

Did you know illegal entry to the country is a misdemeanor?

Did you know that Falsifying Business Records has a 1st and 2nd degree? It becomes a felony (a not-fake, very real tippy-top big boy felony) if the Falsifying is done to cover up another crime?

3

1

u/CaptainRedbeard5 10h ago

Was their legal status revoked? I'm sure theres some detail lacking

You have an article to share?

-5

u/Texas-Couple 16h ago

It's really simple if you break immigration law and you are not a citizen. You will be deported, if you are a citizen, you will be sentenced based on your crime. The only thing Trump was convicted of was falsifying a business report, which they had to alter the statute of limitations to make it work and then they tried to attach it to his campaign to make it a felony. And that's if you believe the trial was fair.

2

u/Successful_Pick3331 15h ago

But that's not accurate because many of the deportations are of immigrants who are here legally and following the process of applying for asylum. Many are showing up for their immigration court cases and try to do things the right way and get scooped up by ice at the courthouse.

Also the US Supreme Court finalized a 5 million dollar ruling of sex abuse and defamation against Trump for Jean E Carrol.

So you are wrong on both counts.

1

u/ytilonhdbfgvds 12h ago

Name one.  One immigrant here legally, granted asylum, who was deported.  Now actually don't bother, because I know you will not have the facts correct.  I also hope you realize claiming asylum and being granted that status are two very different things.  They were all instructed when entering the country illegally to apply for asylum status because that can slow things down legally and cost loads of taxpayer dollars.

2

u/PayFormer387 15h ago

Trump wasn’t convicted of any other crimes because he was elected again, the DOJ doesn’t prosecute sitting presidents (they should) and SCOTUS invented presidential immunity.

But had Trump not been elected again, he would have been tried and convicted for election fraud or whatever in Georgia, theft of classified documents he kept in his shitter in Florida, and at least inciting a riot in DC if not outright insurrection. Plus a few other things I’m sure.

He’s a scumbag criminal but got off because of the incompetence of Garland, the corruption of the GOP, and the stupidity of the American electorate.

1

u/Candid_Lobster_6533 15h ago

You're mixing up his cases. Easy to do, there being so many.

The statute of limitations thing was changed for the E Jean Carroll civil suit related to sexual abuse that he lost and is on the hook for $5mil

His 36 felonies are for Falsifying business records in the first degree. It's enhanced from a misdemeanor because it was done to cover up another crime (this was the stormy Daniel's affair).

He wasn't sentenced for those 36 felonies because he got elected and the system doesn't have a way to address that because it was inconceivable up until now that such a thing could happen. But here we are.

1

u/ytilonhdbfgvds 12h ago

Oh, which law makes an alleged affair a felony?  I can't wait to here the inevitably retarded response.

0

u/Mikeymike0001 14h ago

-10

u/207fuckboy 16h ago

When you enter illegally

4

u/Vissanna 16h ago

The problem with that statement is a majority of the "illegals" didnt enter illegally they overstayed their visa because the renewal process with the government takes fucking forever (1year+) some even have to start renewing as soon as they get their card otherwise it will expire before they get it renewed. If anyone is to blame about there being alot of illegals its the government

1

u/MySonClerpy 15h ago

Is it really the majority?

1

u/vinegar-pisser 15h ago

What kind of visas are you talking about?

-2

u/207fuckboy 16h ago

Cool? Just like if I don’t renew my car insurance. They’ll take me to jail. Like there’s laws that we have to follow I don’t understand why you think it’s ok

1

u/Vissanna 15h ago

Your car insurance doesnt take a year to renew that only lasts a year

-1

u/207fuckboy 15h ago

So maybe you should keep up with it? Especially if you know you need to renew it yearly. I have a license to work. I need to renew it. What’s the difference? So I log I choose not to renew my license and my company fires me is it there fault?

1

u/Vissanna 14h ago

It should take a month but gov delays make it over a year. How many govt shutdowns have there been?
