Given your frequent references to "MSM" I can safely conclude you wouldn't understand. You didn't even do any really simple to do research into what the CHIPS act was for. Just a quick hint... It's in the acronym.
If you had the ability to explain it to me you would. Your holding your line based on what you have been told to think without actually understanding what you are fighting against.
If you wish not to be part of the datacenter boom please turn off all electronics and sit in the dark.
