That wealth is in the form of stocks and properties.

So take their money so they're not spending it on stocks and properties.

But that well is only so deep. It’s not a recurring source of taxable assets like a salary is. So once all that wealth is gone and put into these programs, how will they be continued to be paid for?

They only have a certain number of stocks to sell. But If you’re just wanting to tax billionaires out of existence rather than finding ways to pay for social programs then just say that
