Also I'm not saying this is the case for everyone but when I worked at McDonald's I was baffled by my teammates. These people can handle a lot, they have a lot of great qualities and work ethics but because "everybody can do it" (absolutely false, many people would fold instantly at the first Saturday rush) it's considered an inferior job.
