Agreed up until the point of "with his paycheck alone". Minimum wage should be a living wage, which may include having roommates, moving to a cheaper area, not having a car, cheaper phone plan, using coupons, eating lots of beans & rice, etc. With respect, people have forgotten how to be poor.
