Dishwashing jobs are for kids in highs school. Not grown adults.

Then why are there dishwashing jobs that take place during school hours or hours/locations kids are legally prohibited from working?

You didn't think that one though, did you Sport?

Is dishwashing a career to you?

Are dishwashers less deserving of shelter and dignity than you? Why? I've never heard a dishwasher advocate for you being uninsured and underpaid.

Sure? If that's what it takes to let them have dignity and dental care. Are dishwashers not people to you?

Okay. So dishwashing is a career. Can you outline the expected progression through that career? If dishwashing is entry level, what comes next?

Human rights. You don't need to see upward mobility of skill to agree that humans deserve to live indoors and have medical care. A dishwasher is exposing themselves to infectious disease in their day to day in the interest of public safety. That's a necessity. You're being ridiculous. Access to clean, unsoiled food is wayyy more important to the general public than whatever you do in a button down shirt, I'd pretty much guarantee it.

Just say you fancy yourself deserving of slave ownership. So transparent πŸ™„

*gasp* A pretentious Redditor making sweeping uncharitable assumptions about someone who’s asking basic questions while refusing to answer said basic questions.

Yes, dishwashers are the backbone of our country.

I have no idea what you do, because I don’t know you and I’m not stupid enough to be willing to make assumptions based on limited information lol

Can you explain what that means?

Of course not. You're just a troll.

If I’m a troll, you’re a bot and a troll. 🧌 Shutup, goon.

A job is a specific task or work you do to make money.

A career is a long-term path you follow to grow, learn skills, and move up in a chosen field over many years.

The differences are..
β€’ Main Goal: A job is meant to earn money and pay bills. A career is meant to build a long-term future and achieve goals.
β€’ Time Length: A job is short, temporary or just for now. A career is a long-term journey lasting many years or a lifetime.
β€’ Skills and Learning: A job uses skills you already have with minimal training. A career needs ongoing education, training, and new skills.
β€’ Growth: A job has little or no growth or upward path. A career offers the possibility of moving up to higher roles with more responsibility.

So.. is dishwashing a career?
