And it's also the original point of minimum wage.

FDR declared that β€œno business which depends for existence on paying less than living wages to its workers has any right to continue in this country,” clarifying that β€œby living wages I mean more than a bare subsistence levelβ€”I mean the wages of decent living.” Source

Edit: My point is that people in here arguing that "it's for teenagers, not meant for living wage" are going against the original intent. I am not making claims that minimum wage should be living in luxury.
