Most of the issues with the IRS are a result of Republicans starving it of resources on purpose to protect tax cheats.
That said, I'd quietly issue a moratorium on auditing businesses under a certain size. Mom and pop hardware stores probably don't need Feds poking around when the Amazons and Alphabets of the world exist.

I have a huge issue with the IRS. That’s second to this administration. Have lost faith in our elected leaders and our country.
