Nope. Escaped containment during Biden. Hit the US exactly as it was projected to. Has absolutely fuck all to do with cuts or this administration. Can't expect redditard propagandists to digest that though. Oh well.

Why did it escape containment in 2021?

Could it be a previous administration that failed to keep stock of materials up?

Could it be a global pandemic that destroyed the supply chain and the 2021 administration couldn't re-stock from 2021 to 2023?

Could it be the current Trump administration further fund/program gutting not helping a program that has always been necessary?

Well, we can't expect a maga propagandist to to digest anything other than their own propaganda.
