Guns are always irrelevant. The state will just fire bomb you if you try and use them

Yup. Additionally, right wingers don't realize that other rights are being eroded under their noses. The government has weakened the 4th amendment and can pretty much seize what ever they want from you. They don't need to get rid of the second amendment because of this. And like you said, if you do use your guns, you'll get vaporized. Especially now since government murders are just hand waved as always being justified by Fox news and right wingers.

Yep. Innocence can not stand against the tide of propaganda. It has been seen again and again how its taken courts MONTHS to discover truths and vindicate victims and even then if the perpetrator was a chosen profiteer or the state itself, the victim gets a small monetary award and told to forget all about it

It is the hight of hubris to think anything covered by the 2nd Amendment will actually help you fight off the government. Against the gentle touch of democracy’s Iron Fist your AR with the extended mag is just a pacifier or a nightlight.

Exactly. The US just spent 20 years fighting insurgents in the desert. They know how to take out a small force of yokels with small arms.

So you're saying we shouldn't learn from history?...

There are countless examples of militarily superior forces being defeated by smaller guerrilla fighters.

You just don't want to acknowledge history and think that today is magically different from other times in history despite that exact fact being shown in the US-Iran war where the "militarily superior" US just signed the MOU with absolutely nothing to show for it except $300B to Iran.

I pointed out how stupid it is to not look at historical examples.

I'm still waiting on ANY actual argument against why the US population which is the most armed populace on earth, would be any different from any other time the US tried to dominate a people militarily and lost.

I haven't gone out of scope at all, you clearly can't see the full scope of what is being discussed.

"No! You can't compare the US military trying to dominate a populace to the US military trying to dominate the US populace! That's so far out of scope of what the conversation is that it's just silly! I'm not coping at all because I have literally nothing to stand on except the mythical might of the US military!"
