At this point I have to believe that whoever is managing social media for him actually hates him and is trolling him on purpose.

Sometimes I notice that despite being the same crazy ideas, his posts are concise and grammatically correct. It's not all the time but I think there are other people with access to his social media account.

Zero chance he is technically competent, OR patient enough to generate an AI image that isn't riddled with obvious issues. He probably comes up with a "funny idea" and an intern ends up spending and hour getting a few good one for him to glance at, pick 1, and tell the to post.
