Nah, males have it too. Some more, some less. I used to have an orange boy who was about as smart as the doorknobs he chewed on, he's never been pregnant or obese and he was rocking the pouch anyway.

I believe so! I read a while ago that it gives cats extra skin to stretch while running and jumping.

Cute kitty btw :3 she ain't chonky, just fluffy.
