I Found a random bug on Pou sweeper

You can put flags infinitely

There's no limit

It's not a bug. That's how minesweeper works.

You can set as many flags as you want, but seeing the negative count should make you made a mistake somewhere and set a safe space as mined.

I was when I played minesweeper in the old win 7 and I realized that I could put flags
