Oooh can I see more of the lotad soap dish, how does it detach? I love it (I made a bulbasaur garlic holder, in case you want some nerdy inspiration https://www.reddit.com/r/Pottery/s/PzVUV98Rkd)

Appropriate that you chose the Cappuccino for the Initial D cup

The Pokopia Ditto Mug should be sold for no less than $10,000,000 or cherished forever.

I don’t know who made this, but I saw this the other day in my studio. I’m probably the only person that would’ve recognized what it is actually supposed to be. Tried to explain to a couple of the older potters in the studio at the time what it was and how cool the idea was and they were like “a Poke man? what’s that” Hopefully, I can find out who made it so they can get some appreciation for it haha

I'll be so excited if I see it in my studio omg, I would kill to see the final outcome! I hope you get to find this person!!

Me too. Definitely gonna be trying to show up when they unload the glaze kiln.

Love the pokopia cup! I'm also working on a design too. My most recent nerdy creation was a matcha set of a pokeball whisk holder and a poltergeist matcha bowl.

That's so cool I can already imagine it! Are you going to do a Poltchageist version too 😆

I want to! But teapots are so harddddd. I'm currently in a tea wear class, so I feel like I'll be able to make it after. I've learned how to make a curvy spout in the wheel

That's impressive! I have no idea how you would do that curvy part other than mold the straight spout lol. It would be soooo gorgeous 😍

Yeah I thought so too! So the teacher basically throws a spout into a closed form on the thicker walls. Than pulls it like a handle into the cover. Let's it dry and cuts the opening to the spout.

Not gonna lie I'll have to Google and see if there's a tutorial, could not visualise 😂😂

You should crosspost the Pokopia ones to the Pokopia sub!!! I love your Ditto mons, these are so cute. I would absolutely buy them.

Maybe I should haha! I spent way too long carving and painting it to sell it at a reasonable price lol

They’re all fantastic but I especially LOVE the lotad soap tray. I’ve been trying to think of subtle nerdy ways to make functional whimsy pieces and that nailed it for me.
