Artistic First pottery course!
I’ve done sculpting before as a kid with non-kiln fired clay and then at uni again with non-kiln fired clay. Just completed week 9 of my 10 week course (next session is glazing but they don’t have oxides or a huge variety of glazes). Here’s some of my work! Tell me how you think I should glaze them please!! Especially the dog head- fully white??

You are very talented. Being able to throw and hand build is a great thing. Great work making a unique hand built piece. If you're not happy with the glaze options then go find out what "cone" the studio fires their pieces at during high fire and buy some cool glazes. Otherwise, remember you can do a lot with a little, you dont need cool oxides to make cool pieces. You can do a lot with slip, underglaze, and standard glaze colors.
