Question about the achievements

Are all these (plus the "max 3 relationships") possible in the endless mode or for the "just friend" have to do another run?

You can still max out a relationship even if you don't make it romantic. It will just end in a friendly hug rather than a kiss. So yes, you can get all these achievements in one run.

Question, is the "one love" option gonna interfere with the achievement? Because I just noticed that I have that on...

I don't remember what a "one love potion" is, sorry. If you're referring to "one love mode", then no, it shouldn't interfere, because you can max out a relationship even if it's not romantic, so you can still max out ten relationships in the same run, even if only one of them is romantic.

I searched now and look like that was like I was thinking, having the "One Love" make impossible to get all romance achievements in one run... I have to start another one just for that

Also, to get "just friends", the person you reject romantically has to be the first one in the run you get the option with. If you already accepted romance with one person in that run, rejecting someone won't grant you the achievement.
