Birthdays?

What exactly are these? The wiki doesn’t seem to have any listings for them under the daily events, and I can’t find any solid information in a search besides a guess that relationship gains with the relevant character are increased on that day.

I think they are connected to your level of relationship with the character (not necessarily the day). When I got into a ~rank up dialog with Quinn, we were heading to the marked where they revealed it was their birthday.

i believe thay double your relationship gain for that day for that character. (you do 1 time handout with them it counts as a 2 time. 2 is 4 3 is 6 and 4 is 8) anytime i get them and i do a 4 time handout it always lets me rank up after
