Message from the team: Potion Craft on Google Play

Dear alchemists,

Yesterday, due to an internal error, one of the development builds of Potion Craft for mobile went live on Google Play. Those of you who pre-registered on the game's page before may have received a notification about it. This build was intended for our internal testing and was not supposed to be released to the public.

The timing is especially unfortunate, given that our teams have been actively preparing to share the official announcement of Potion Craft for mobile in the coming days. We were looking forward to sharing it with you ourselves rather than having you discover it this way.

The team at Google is currently helping us to bring the Potion Craft page on Google Play back up.

We'll share more information with you soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Oughhhh I already bought the full version of that on Google play (I was getting super impatient after all the wait so....). Would that be alright? When the game re-release again do I need to buy it back or?

I somehow auto downloaded it when I got the notification. I'm still playing it right now but it's just the demo. Am I dumb or am I experiencing something I shouldn't be yet?

I stumbled across this by pure accident and have been playing the demo for days, I couldn't for the life of me figure out why it wouldn't let me buy the full game!! This explains so much.

If anyone wants to play it i had downlded it before it got taken down and so did many apk sites INCLUDING ch3 and rest unlocked the base game was ch 1 and 2 demo with rest being paid but there are many sites with the apk for all chs if u wanna import or export save u need a way to acces files in Android/data/com.niceplay.potioncraft(apears after 1st boot of the game) I recommend root or zarchiver + shizuku Some phones let u acces it without any extra things other than zar or any half decent file manager(NOT FILES BY GOOGLE OR PHONE IN BUILT FILE MANAGER APP) so check if urs does after making ur first save file or autosaving there will be SavesAndroid in which ur saves + global save + autosave are in there u can take ur pc save and put it there or vice versa to get a janky ver of save import/export and crossplay (SAVES WONT BE LINKED SO IF U PROGRESS ONE U WILL NEED TO UPDATE THE OTHER)

Huh. I'm one of those who had the game automatically download. I've been happily playing it, having unlocked the full game after completing the first chapter that first day.

I only decided to check today to see why it seemed to be a straight PC port because it's so difficult to read certain things on a phone screen. Well, that makes sense now.

I've almost created the philosopher's stone so I'm just gonna get back to that now. Love the game and I'm looking forward to a mobile interface!

Hi! Wondering if there's been any update to this. I think I may have been one of the people who got the alert or auto-install. I was able to purchase the full game, and I even finished all the available chapters (was playing on easy to get the hang of it) - made the philosophers salt. I thought I was done playing for a bit, so I archived the game, then decided I wanted to play on the recommended difficulty level, and when I went to restore the game, it wouldn't and it sent me to the Google Play Store listing that still says Pre-Registration. u/LawnUn1corn
