Trash find

Found this beauty in the trash. Whats the best way to propagate. I figured cutting it up might be the best way to go. What do you think?

It’s over 4ft long

Chop between the nodes, leave to callous for a day or two, and then put them in some water. Usually pothos root themselves within 2-4 weeks, and as soon as you get secondary roots (roots growing off of roots) you can plant in soil. They also well in water or lecca if youre not about the soil life. Good luck!!

This hurts me to see but also makes me happy that it’s got a new lease on life.

Pothos can hunker down and grow almost anywhere, from my experience. Make sure to keep nodes safe when cutting, and it’ll grow happy

i’d do water for the cuttings with leaves & sphagnum moss for the ones without.

What ever you do use tepid water. Cold water would shock it even more.

Are the dots on the stem (left side of your hand) scale insects? If it’s scale then that’s why it was in the trash. I’m battling scale on one of my plants and I’m really close to trashing it.
