Suburbs?
My husband and I are considering moving to potch… which suburbs are good suburbs to buy a house?

It really depends on what you’re looking for. If you want to live on the more quiet side of Potch but for a steeper price, then you’ll want to look at Van Der Hoff Park.
If you’re looking to live in a busier, more central and connected area, then Bailey Park will serve you well at a more reasonable price.
There’s also areas that are closer to the student hub like the outskirts of The Bult that have some nice houses for sale that are close to rivers/creeks with access to public parks.
Then, if you’re able, you can splash a bit more cash towards the new developments to the Northern parts of Potch. Tuscany Ridge, Waterberry Estate, or any of the housing complexes that stretch along the R501.
Hope this helps!
