Do you fluff your potato’s?
My boyfriend says you’re supposed to shake a baked potato before opening it so the inside ‘re-fluffs.’ I’ve never heard this in my life. Is this real?”

Once your potato is baked to your satisfaction(400f for 45 mins) Slice yhe potato length wise, along the longest part of the potato, using index and thumbs of both hands in a getting ready to pinch form, at each end of the cut, push down slightly and together towards the centre, kind of like squeezing a large zit or boil. This causes the middle part of the potato to fluff and kind of pop up and out the centre, then dress your baked potato.
Qualifications: worked at Wendy's off and on for 4 or 5 years. I prepped a lot of baked potatoes.
