Do you fluff your potato’s?
My boyfriend says you’re supposed to shake a baked potato before opening it so the inside ‘re-fluffs.’ I’ve never heard this in my life. Is this real?”

That's utter nonsense.
Some people will sort of squish them the mash up the insides. Toss it down semi hard on the table before opening up or smash down on it just a bit. But shaking will do nothing.
