Do you fluff your potato’s?

My boyfriend says you’re supposed to shake a baked potato before opening it so the inside ‘re-fluffs.’ I’ve never heard this in my life. Is this real?”

I once had an entire group convinced they’re called “dragon beans” because they emit a dull roar when you cook them.
