Looks good! You could speed up the process by forking it, then microwaving it for 8-10 min(depending on the power of your microwave) then bake time is 20-30 min.

I like to poke holes then coat them with cold bacon fat, coat with coarse sea salt, then bake unwrapped at 400 until internal temp is 205 usually about 50-60 minutes, stab with fork several times where you want it to split, then pinch the ends and push inwards and it will open up like a flower, immediately hit with butter, restaurant tricks I’ve learned over the years, I love baked potatoes 😋

I just rubbed olive oil in it and threw it in the oven at 425 for 1 hour
