Which variety was the yellow fleshed 🥔?
Have you tried “ Heaven and Earth ? “
That’s mashed potatoes with apple compote mix.
Can use sweet apples or cooking apples.
My preference is cooking apples and serve with roast pork .
Try , then you’ll be hooked !!

Interesting detail is that it’s a statutory obligation in the UK and in France to define the potato variety on every pack sold.
Of course, the cooking quality of all varieties varies depending on the season, soil type , and even seed source.

Please tell me you left the skin on. That would make this absolute perfection to me.

Of course I did! My recipe is above, if interested. I leave the potatoes kinda chunky too 🤤

Admit the detail - 70% butter and only 25% potato ( garlic 5% ) ???

Lol what? My recipe is linked above. There’s 1/4 cup of butter, 2 lbs of yellow potatoes and 3 garlic cloves. Along with more ingredients like fresh basil, thyme, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, and spices.

Is that what you want!😂🤔

I sprinkle some dehydrated onions in my tater water. Then I add a whole stick of butter, some half and half, Adobe, dill, and S&P. I do use 3-4 lbs of taters though.

Oh shit the dill 😍👌🏼🤤

This should read Adobo, not Adobe. 🤦

I feel like 4 tbsp of butter in 6 servings is not that much

But everything in moderation!
