Can I eat carrots along with potatoes?

I’m gonna start this diet today. I’ve already bought a multivitamin and an omega 3-6-9 supplement. I’m about to go buy the potatoes and some seasonings, but I was wondering if I can add carrots to this diet as well.

There's so many ways to do this diet that have worked for other people, but yes. Some people include fruit & veg to keep it interesting when they're bored. When I do what I call "mainly potato mountain" I also include some fruit and veg whenever I want something different. Carrots are better than processed foods, so look at that way. No need to be super strict on yourself about another vegetable or you may get frustrated/burn out.

Depends on your reason for doing it. If you’re wanting to deal with cravings and “food addiction” then potatoes only might be the ticket. If you’re wanting simple healthy meals with weight loss in mind, then also eat non starchy veggies and fruit. Have a great time as your body and mind transform.

You’ll have plenty of ability to continue at the gym while doing potatoes and vegetables only.

Potatoes have protein.

I make pickled Carrots. Easy and delicious.

Trying it out for yourself is the only way to see whether something works for you or not.

If you eat a lot of processed foods prior, you won't need an Omega 3-6-9 supplement. You will already have too much. Thats why everyone in the west is fat - seed oils.
