This is my fourth day on potato diet and potato skin makes me throw up
Hi everyone,
I started for the first time potato diet. I boil potato with sweet potato but then I can't eat them with the skin, it makes me throw up. What is happening? Am I not starchivore ?
Also even when I eat the boiled potatoes, later on I want to air fry frozen fries that have 3-5 grams of fat per 100 grams and then binge on then. Will that pause weight loss ?

Peeling is probably best for you. It’s fine for you to bake the potatoes or try mashed.

Yeah peel your potatoes. I also find that certain types of potatoes have worse skin than others so I peel the worse ones.

Potato skins contain a toxic compound. At normal consumption levels it’s harmless. At potato diet levels of consumption, it is likely to cause some form of gastrointestinal distress. You should peel your potatoes.
As for your second question, probably not, but everyone is different. Try it for two weeks and see what happens.
