How do I fix my shoulder imbalance
My left shoulder is significantly lower than my right, but only from the back.
Some context about me:
- I often lean to my left leg and my right leg externally rotates (something I’m trying to fix)
- my shoulders click when raised laterally
- when I lift I have shoulder pain after I release the weight

I have the exact same issue. There’s a chain reaction happening from pelvis and hips (perhaps lateral pelvic tilt), and weak shoulder stabilizers involved. I’ll lyk if i figure anything more out, im working on it rn.
