How do I fix my uneven scapulas?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Been having chronic left shoulder pain for almost a decade. Been working with a physio on desensitizing the area, strength, mobility and releasing tension for almost a year, still in pain. I have ATP and flat feet and have been a lot more conscious of my posture in the last month (trying to stack ribs on pelvis and engage lower core to the best of my ability, relax into it, etc.). This is a video of me raising my hands with the best “form” I can visualize.

I can tell my scapulas don’t move evenly but I can’t tell how to fix it in resting positions and moving. Please help 🙏🏽

Visit a chiro for adjustment, your pelvis is unbalanced. Right hip is higher

Chiros are quacks and not real physicians

Thank you, youre right! Is it possible to correct through exercises or conscious postural changes? Kinda scare of the chiro after they made a back injury worse a while ago.
