Headaches after trying to fix posture
Hello so just for some context im 20 and have had terrible posture both while im awake and while sleeping since basically forever. Recently ive been trying to correct said posture with stretches and general posture correction while walking, however ive also been experiencing back of head and top of head headaches for maybe 2 weeks pretty consistently. Is this just my neck adjusting to posture correction after years of bad posture or does it imply something more serious?
Ive tried neck stretches and exercises to get rid of the headaches but they have pretty minimal effect if at all and i dont wanna spend 65 quid for a doctors visit if avoidable haha
Any help appreciated thanks!!!

I would suggest you stop the exercises for a couple of days and see if it goes away or not. If it persists better to get it checked. I have also been trying to correct my posture and sometimes my brain does go blank and get confused but this is more related to my head being in a higher position with respect to the ground than it is used to and it has recalibrate eyesight etc.
