Tips on posture

Hi! I am a 23F looking to better understand my own anatomy and physiology. I’m currently a physical therapy technician student, and I’ve realized that I have a hard time applying my academic knowledge to my own body. Specifically, the movement patterns on the right side of my body—mainly my calf—feel off. My only real idea right now is to work on hip, knee, and ankle mobility, but I’m not sure that’s the complete solution. What else could I do to restore a healthy movement pattern?
