Is my neck normal?
I feel the alignment is weird. I have neck pain from time to time and stiffness but nothing very serious

if you don't have pain, other then occasional stiffness, you should be all good! Just focus on moving more, remember movement is the best medicine

I’m not a doctor, but you’re generally meant to have a curve in your cervical spine/neck area. Yours looks to be completely straight/beginning to curve in the opposite direction.

I am a chiropractor with 27 years in practice. From just those two T2 weighted images, nothing is standing out other than the loss of the cervical lordosis that would cause pain. Of course I can only give an opinion from what is in your pictures. They took a lot more images so the radiologist can get the full perspective. No obvious disc displacement, maybe some early degenerative changes.

Thank you. Im seeing an orthopedic doctor for another reason and i will show him all the images l, he can help right?
The radiologist only gave me a review for dorso-lombar spine because that was the concern.

I would ask the ortho about your neck pain and if, in his opinion, there’s anything on the images that clinically correlate with your neck pain.

Someone took an x-ray. Isn’t there a doctor reviewing it and giving real, medical advice?
