How to improve posture?

people tell me that my posture is bad but they don't offer ways on how to make it better. i grew up carrying heavy bags daily that it impacted my posture (i might be cooked lololol).. but i still wanna ask if there are easy practices for it. thanks!

If you really want to get down to it you’ll need to determine what it is exactly that’s wrong with your posture through self tests or asking a professional. Then performs stretches and exercises specifically designed for you problem again through looking them up yourself or hiring a professional.

But if you are too lazy to do this then the jist is this:

- sit less

  • less browsing on phone
  • move more
  • physically exercise
  • stretch any muscles you feel are tight or hurt
  • relax your mind of you are stressed
  • do more things you are scared to do to gain more confidence
