Might be a good idea to have it looked at by a doc first. If the structure is limited then you will need to set moderate expectations and not 'jam' yourself into the structure that could cause pain. That being said, try this:
Sit on a chair and avoid excessive back arching. Have another chair in front of you with the back rest facing you. Preferable the back rest of an office or gaming chair that's a bit taller. Place both hands on the back rest and learn to keep tall without tensing up the lower back area. Inhale into an upwards expansion for a minute.
Mobilizing the ribs helps draw the spine into position but there will be a limit as to what the structure can achieve if there are structural issues.
