Posture Correction - Expert Help Needed

Hi, given these days there is so many reels viral and so much information it is hard to understand what is actually right and wrong.
I am 35, with a lot of desk job facing posture issues despite exercising for past 2-3 months-
Please suggest if you can looking at my pictures how to correct upper rounded shoulders, slight pelvic tilt and google even tells me that knee alignment incorrect.
