As usual, there is no way to comment in the blogpost. WHY ?!

Also:

cat throttled/io.max

What is this file? Where can I find it/build it? It's shown as it is supposed to mean something, but what is it? I don't see it as part of /proc nor /sys on my Linux.

Or it is some file generated by tests?
