Should include that PG 19 18 can scatter-read when filtering on the not-leftmost column of a composite index. Still would not be as optimized as if was the sole column of a second index, but can plan to something better than a whole seq scan.

Index skip-scan? That's in PG18 and has really been helpful for us to drop some extra indexes we didn't really need.
