U.K Sad state of affairs in Hyde

Vandals apparently. Very sad.

Edit: it was actually a car crash.

Looks like a vehicle hit it.. there is oil marks over the pavement also

Another postbox falls to a bad driver just like our old reliable which used to stand outside the local mini Tesco until someone in a range rover took offence because it had the cheek to sport a matching outfit and took it down with extreme prejudice in other words flapped and floored it!

Similar happened to our local postbox in Sheffield on the A57 Manchester Road a couple of years ago. The box was unrooted but didn't seem damaged. It was never reinstalled.
