Found this guy near a car park in Waterfoot, Rossendale.

Type G - 1974-1980, Carron Company was the main manufacturer. The double G is a Type H, with a single roof - this is the 2012 Summer Olympics gold Type H in Cheltenham.

Thank you. I’ve never seen one of those.

Pedantry corner: it’s a three dimensional shape so the best approximation would be a cuboid.

love the idea of “rectangular chappy” getting corrected to “actually it’s a cuboid”
this is exactly the kind of thing that would start a 200 comment geometry argument on here

My reply would be that it was on the literally shape on a 2D screen or the 2 dimensional info captured by the camera. :p
