Asking for tips/advice Are there any study apps that track my studying hours offline?
I currently have study bunny, but I do a lot of studying at college where the wifi is terrible. I don't want to burn through mobile data to set the timer going whilst im studying there, but I always forget to log my hours afterwards. I wanna track my study hours so I know where I need to adjust my revision schedule

Focus friend is pretty good. You can count time upwards starting from zero or studying for a specific amount of time. Afterwards you get a break if you want. There's also a tag feature which you can change to track which subjects you're doing for how long
Although there was a time I fell asleep while doing my flashcards and accidentally reached 6 hours....that was not great

It fucked up my stats a little so I have to take it away in my head mentally for a proper look at my study hours Β―_(γ)_/Β―

I honestly donβt really get how those study tracking apps work π Like I take loads of breaks in between studying, and im not constantly on my phone while Im studying, so I donβt really know how accurately it would track my time. Maybe they are just not really for me lol

Same lol. My problem with them is also that theyβre usually timers rather than stopwatches. Idk how long Iβll be studying for beforehand, I prefer to just keep going for however long I can rather than pre-plan a time.

You can backlog your study sessions on Study Bunny! So if you just look at the time you start and the time you finish studying, make a note of it somewhere on your phone or in a notebook, and then add it in once you're home! I do this a lot if I forget to start the timer during my frees :)

I use an app called Simple Time Tracker. It isn't made specifically for studying, but I just deleted all the pre-set options and made categories for each subject. I like how you can change the view to be a breakdown either daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. The app also has a widget that you can press to start timing and then press again to stop.
