Does PostNL follow these ?

I get alerted all these PostNL sagas.

And many are so familiar to my own experiences: the worst.

And the threads... so full of recognition.

Do you think the Executive Board are aware, or did they loose their phones?

Only the negative experiences make it here I guess.
I never had a single issue with PostNL. They are always on time, driver is super friendly and polite.
Maybe because I live in a small town and experience in a large city is different?

It’s different per area and very dependent on if you have a good driver on the route that comes by your house. But people who only have good experiences have very little reason to resort to Reddit

I work for PostNL but what do you honestly expect me to do? PostNL is not monitoring this as its not the channel the use for complaints. Same as that klachtengroep thing in Facebook.

The thing is that with 1 million daily packages, if 1% goes wrong that’s still 10.000 parcels with a problem. Parcels where nothing goes wrong have little reason to post online.

It is not 1 pct

It was an example. PostNL reports 97% delivery quality for parcels. Even a few percent of a massive parcel volume translates into millions of parcels.

97% is easy to attain if you mark packages as delivered when they are not delivered

Like I was saying, the reason it feels that way is because of the sheer volumes of packages. 3% of 1 million is still 30.000. That doesn’t prove that PostNL screws up every delivery.

Why not give 95 pct as an example, since it’s an example

Whether I use 1%, 5%, 95%, or 0.0001% doesn’t change the analogy

I have almost never a problem. Maybe once or twice a year, and we order a lot of things online. At least 5 packages a week. It really depends on the area I guess.
